Can anyone help me find out who this dealer is?

Bill,
Hi, I tried to do a dealer search in the NCRS database using that Zone and Dealer Code and came up blank. Using just the zone # in the search I found dealers from Florida to Virginia to Indiana, so that doesn't help narrow it down much.
My shipping report contained a dealer name and the zone and dealer code, so I guess I was lucky.

Zone 22 was the Louisville, Kentucky Zone.
