This is a little unusual! The first owner bought my car from V. V. Cooke on March 9, 1967 (67 435, red/red coupe). He immediately drove it to New York State to see his daughter. Upon arrival, he immediately went to Campbell Chevy and traded in the car saying it was a piece of junk. I got this story from the 2nd owner who happened to be standing in the showroom of Campbell and heard the rant of the first owner.
Maybe someone out there heard this story. He was an "older" guy per the 2nd owner...thus may have been 40ish in 1967. So, anyone know who this first owner might be from the Louisville area?
I have already tried several Cooke employees.
