During a visit to the Classic Salon exhibition in Antwerp, Belgium last week-end, I found an instruction booklet issued by the parts & accessories department of General Motors Continental for Opel and Vauxhall passenger cars. Best of all, at the end of the instruction booklet there is a listing of all GM dealers in Belgium and Luxemburg. There is no print date, but based on the cars included I would assume around 1965.
It looks like every city and town in Belgium had a dealer or garage selling the different makes from General Motors at that time. I guess that only a few of the dealers still exists after several re-organizations and consolidations of the GM operations in Europe.
Regards,
Terje
