1967 Ed Taylor Chev San Diego
Anyone have any info on Ed Taylor chevrolet in San Diego? My 67 was shipped there and then transferred to Harry Mann chev in LA where it was bought new.

Didn't find much on Ed Taylor. California records show they filed for business on 5-7-65. No officers of the company were listed. I'll dig around a bit more to see if I can find you any clues.Tom Hendricks

Hi Danny, the dealer closed many years ago, was a Corvette repair/sales location and is now just a parking lot for Community College.

Sounds like no other owner took over the dealership and probably no records exist? Fortunately, I have actual purchase contract, POP, etc from Harry Mann chevrolet in LA, but I would love to know the details on how it got from Ed Taylor to Harry Mann. Probably just a routine transfer as we see today.Comment
