Another Car From PA

I know now that Zone 49 is PA......... However, Dealer Code for 376 does not seem to be available. A couple of previous owners; Mr. Rick Race and Dr. Dobbins have had this car in their private collections. Can anyone take an educated guess at the dealer code for 376 and or have the contact information for these fine gentlemen above? I did at one time have both their phone numbers but apparently, it seems I have put these numbers in a very safe place.
