Well I got my shipping report today and it matches all of the other documentation I have, including the tank sticker and all the information from the West Virginia Motor Vehicle would give me. The lady I talked to said they went back about 50 years!
I received this MVA documentation for $15 around 2000 and they did NOT black out anything on the papers they gave me! I have the original owner's name but I had to white it out for this post. PT
