Got my NCRS shipping report back and it says incomplete data. Is says my car sold at dealer#199 Zone#2. Can anyone help me figure out what dealer that is? Maybe someone else has car from there.

Matt, you'll need to post the year. Dealer codes could possibly change each model year as GM acquired or lost dealers. They were then numbered alphabetically within each zone, so a dealer could have different numbers in successive years.
I checked the NCRS dealer code database and nothing is posted for any year for dealer #199 in zone 2...Good Hunting! -
