Zone #48 Dealer # 094 1969

My 1969 tank sheet displays Zone #48 (eastern NY area) with a dealer code #094 that is not listed in the current available directory. Dealers that closed or purchased were removed from the listing. My guess is that the dealer was Byrne Chevrolet, or T.A Byrne Chevrolet. Byrne Brothers Chevrolet of White Plains NY was dealer #091 and they had several other 90" series dealer numbers (094 being blank). The car was probably ordered by a G.I. and a possibly final delivery to California (common during the war). Found some clues from the 70's in the car, parking stub for San Francisco dated 1981, etc... If anyone knows the identity of Chev dealer 094, I'd appreciate it!

We have this dealer listed in our Chevrolet Dealer book. I'm surprised it was not reported in the SDR. Let me know.

Hey Mark! Hope you are well! I checked with Al G last March and he said it was not listed. I submitted to the NCRS directory and 094 came back blank, matching what Al told me (094 was not in the Chevrolet Dealer Directory). the zone is eastern NY and Vermont but other zone lists that I have seen report Syracuse NY. If you have something about 094, I'd appreciate it. I purchased the shipping data report and also teh document validation (Tim Gilmore has the tank sheet copy). Thought I would give it another go. Thanks Mark. Zone 048- 094 Charles Hinds Chevrolet of Auburn NY became Fiermonte Chevrolet of Auburn NY @ 366 Gennesee Street Auburn NY. No longer there. Now there is the Auburn Public Works water facility there. Thanks!
