Shipping Data report help

Just received my Shipping data report but it has incomplete information. Perhaps someone can help. Dealer Code is 65 and Zone is 34. It says dealer name is not in the records but begins with a B or C(if the name is not in the records, how do they know it begins with a B or C? Also it says the dealer could be in CA or AZ I can understand the broader geographic area for zone but doesn't the dealer code specify the exact dealer? Any help would be most appreciated.

Adam, your car's build date was in 1970. The dealer book we have is for the most part dated around the 1966/1967 era. Unfortunately your dealer was not in this dealer database so it is s safe bet they were not in business then. The dealers are sorted by alphabetical order so given the dealer number your dealer first letter can be determined. Zone 34 covers part of CA and AZ. The discussion board administrators are requested to move this post to the Dealer Information Services as a member may be able to help.

Thanks for the reply. Not sure how to move the thread but if an admin could do it, that would be great. I was able to get a complete report for 66, 69 and both 71s and 74. The one for one of the 71s came back similar to this but then someone found the correct info. My early 1970(made on the first day of 70 production(jan. 5th) no information could be found on although I know the dealer.
