That's a lot of info. I know about the car being sold to an Arizona resident. I also know the name of the Ohio owner, who restored it, but haven't made an effort to contact him; maybe after the holidays.
I will do the MTO special request, maybe there is something there.

Sounds good . From the Ohio information the car was first titled on Jan 21 2000 with 76,118 miles on it and the owner lived in Greene County Ohio (note: only two cities in this county- Xenia and Jeffersonville- county right next to Dayton Ohio and Wright Patterson AFB). Then title surrendered when car went to Arizona. (note: If car was fully restored it might have gone to Scottsdale Arizona to one of the Famous car auctions there (note: these all occur in middle of January so possible the Jan 21. 2000 is when the title was surrendered as opposed to first issued. It only costs $5.00 to do the Arizona vehicle history record but have to give them proof you own the vehicle Good luck William Keogh

To obtain information about owners listed on Ohio titles you will have to do records request using BMV form 1173. I have attached this form to the email. You will do a title record search on the VIN number. If you have any other questions or concerns please contact the Title Support Section 614-752-7671.

BTW, Lance Hill found a copy of the GM Microfiche report, with my Corvette on it, with all its options. He was nice enough to send it to me.
