Stan...If I understand your request, try zone 27 dealer 995 (New York Zone) 175 Central Avenue south, Bethpage, L.I. NY
vehicles/advertising to be charged to Chevrolet advertising (directly billed to Southfield , Michigan would be dealer 996 and other Chevrolet various associated charges not charged to either dealer noted above would be dealer 998 (also 175 Central Avenue south Bethpage L.I. NY.
After Zip codes started, it would be 11714 for Bethpage
I do not know the sales process and what determined when this special zone charge process was used, but it looks like there was three ways to bury costs depending on the status of funding for each account.
