Chevrolet Zone Office Denver

I received my shipping data report from historical documentation services. It indicates the car was shipped to Zone 10, Dealer Code 0 and states this is the Chevrolet Zone Office. I looked up the address in the dealer database and there is no match for Dealer Code 0. The Chevrolet Zone Office is listed as dealer code 999. So my question, I want to find out about the original owner of the car. I purchased from the 2nd owner. Suggestions on where to write ? The Zone Office address is listed as Englewood CO but I cannot cross reference that address to any current Chevrolet Zone office in Denver. Also suggestions on what specific information to ask for and what to provide in the letter ?
