I would like to find out some history of Fred Hall Chevrolet in Flat Rock, Michigan. An entry for a 1970 Corvette in the NCRS dealer/zone database indicates that Fred Hall is zone 44 dealer 180. I would like to verify that this would be the same in 1967.
I bought the NCRS delivery data for a 1967 Chevelle SS396 and the zone/dealer was shown as 44-180. The dealer name and address was shown as UNKNOWN. Apparently, the source that NCRS uses to find the name/address doesn't include the information for this dealer.
I Googled the address for Fred Hall, and apparently the dealership site has been redeveloped and there is now a CVC drugstore at this address.
I found a Taylor Chevrolet about 7 miles down the road in Taylor, Michigan that is zone 44 dealer 256. Both dealers have Telegraph Rd. addresses. I have sent them an inquiry if they might be connected to the Fred Hall dealership. I hope to get some information from them.
Does anyone reading this have personal knowledge of the Fred Hall dealership? I would especially like to verify the zone/dealer number in 1967 if someone has a window sticker or other documentation.
Thanks.
Bruce
