Some years ago, I purchased a Casco fuse, model # L2C, planning to use it on the cigarette lighter on my ‘66. The fuse has internal and external threads to connect to the lighter housing and the power connector.

But now I notice the lighter housing has a bullet-shaped connector for the power, with no threads.

I think I must have purchased the wrong Casco fuse element, and instead I need one that has push-on connections. Is there a different model of Casco fuse that accepts push-on connections?
Or will the threaded ends of the Casco L3 C slip over or into the housing and power connector push-on terminals tightly enough for a good electrical connection?
Thanks,
Gary
