How do I remove wires from connector?

I need to remove incorrect wires (two green & one yellow) from my park and turn signal harness connector. I have read in the archives that it takes a very small screw driver and care. I have been using a screw driver for eye glasses to no avail. Don't know what I am searching for or where. I sure don't want to break the connector. I am attaching photo to clarify type of connector. Any additional tips and techniques would be greatly appreciated.

    Paul,

You don't need a tiny tool for the ones you want to pull. Those going to the turn signals are the male spade connectors. Use a needle nose plier, grab the end of each terminal.....and pull each one out of the female housing. They look like the 1st picture below. edit...the picture with the 3 terminals. order of pictures is intermittent tonight??

The female ends need the tools. This is a ignition switch connector but the same principle onyour connectors....I think.
From the front, use the tiny screwdriver to flatten the tab on the terminal by pushing in the slot above it, and then pull the terminal out from the back...... second picture. edit...wait....maybe it's the first picture now. What's going on with the picture order? It keeps changing.

You'll see in the 3rd pic how it works. To reinstall, 4th pic, bend the tab back up a bit and re-insert. Don't bend too much, it'll break the tab.

Original turn signal assy male ends are solid spade design (pic), second design are split male ends which can come lose and fall out of the female plug end . Most ones you see for sale are second design.(replacements) A little hard to find the original ones now days.
