Can anyone tell me how to disassemble the seat rail on my 67? I would like to clean them up and restore them. Thanks

I was able to restore mine without removing the track pieces. Mine were in good shape before I started. If I remember, there is a rivet or a metal "dent" that keeps the tracks together. You'll need to remove that for complete separation.
I cleaned mine with purple power and bead blasted the tracks. Then I painted them with Krylon olive drab paint. Handle was painted black.

Used a Q-tip to remove paint from the nylon sliders
