If you are talking about the complete filter assembly, I think the only source is used. If you need only the element (never available separately from GM), you can purchase one from Don Griffin for a very reasonable price. You can contact Don using the "member list" of this board.

I just went through the Texas Regional with one from ddroadrun@msn.com with good results. $14 delivered to the house, at least when I bought one.
