Monaco orange on a 69 vette I think is fabulous. I love it. The seats appear to be original (except cloth.I am not looking for a car to have judged.
But i know i will fix the dents in the frame, have the interior in top shape, new rustfree exhaust and off course a respray in the original color.
One more thing is that if Monaco orange is the same as Hugger orange the 60`s Camaro`s looks better with that color than the Corvette.
But perhaps i think so because of the poor state of the paint on this car- Top

Maybe $10-12K on a good day given the bent or rotted frame and other serious deterioration you've outlined. You could do what many of us have done, buy the car, invest 30-40K in restoration plus our own labour and end up with a car that we could have bought already restored for $10-20K less.
