70 rear crossover brake line clip bolt

The AIM shows the GM 3958062 bolt for the crossover line clip under the differential front mount the same as the other bolts for the brake line clips.

Should the bolt be the same? I thought I saw pics where this bolt was smaller than the bolt called out in the AIM. I know this clip is only used in this location and the AIM says as much.

Hi Bill,
The screw on my 71 for the center clip is the same 8062 screw as used for the brake lines elsewhere.
The clip itself has a tiny circle on it compared to the 'daisy' I see on clips available now.
Also, the other 2 clips used on the cross-over line are marked with a tiny 4 in a circle and 3/8. The way the clips are mounted those marks can be seen. Note the radiuses corners on these 2 clips too.
Are your clips similar?

Thank you for the pictures. Now if I can just remember where I put the my original clamp with the circle. I just knew there was something unique about it. I am usually pretty good but pulled the clip out at one point and now cannot remember where I put it.

Yes the other two clips are identical to what you have pictured. The markings are clearly visible when installed. I just cleaned mine up and reinstalled.
