Seeking race or ownership information on the following 1958 Corvette that was fuel injected from factory The car left Florida in July 1976 and was sold to a Canadian Roger Mounce. The car has Florida state motor vehicle sticker for 1976 number 2974248. The car when it left Florida was painted red. The car was original color Silver Blue Mist but was painted purple prior to being painted red. The car either left Florida as a purple car and painted red in Canada (i.e. most likely) or left Florida as a red car. The car was raced with the old fashioned type high single roll bar going above both driver and passenger seat and welded to frame beside driver and passenger seat. Probably amateur SCCA .
