1966 captured body mount nut & bolt removal for body lift?

So i've started disassembly of my 66 big block convertible preparing to lift the body off. Lots of wd40 and skinned knuckles and broken rusty bolts. The 64 i did last year only had 2 of these captured mounting nuts and bolts and they are accessible in the interior rear area. Is there a way to get these rusty monsters apart without applying heat? After 48 years of exposure to road gunk they spin in the capturing box most of the time this must be a common occurance. And the boxes are so far up in the undercarriage i dont see a way to get a cut off wheel up in there. Any tips??
