    Correct Solenoid part # for 68 427? (T I Trouble Shooting)

having trouble getting my 68 L71 started, was recommended by Lectric to replace the solenoid. What is the proper part number for 68 427 / 435 ?

    thanks!

The most common is GM #1114356 but I think a few others may also have been used. In any event, all of the original solenoids are GM-discontinued.

The currently available GM replacement is GM #1114458.
