I am in the process of reassembling my tach drive distributor for my 1954 and had a question regarding the correct grease to use. I did not want to take a chance on destroying the tach gear due to inproper grease. Any recommendations?
I would assume that i need to put a small amount in the tach gear square housing when attaching it to the distributor and then more grease is forced into the gear shaft area when I turn down the grease cup. Some how to's would be helpful.
Thanks,
John Lanning
