Hello all! Yesterday afternoon was a beautiful time to take a short drive up Woodward Ave. and through downtown Birmingham (MI)- until the large A/C hose coming off the back of the compresor decided it had had enough and blew out. With a loud "PPFFFFF" and plenty of white steam I was stopped dead in the middle of traffic. After I figured out that it was the A/C hose and not a coolant hose that went, I restarted the car and drove it home. Now for the fix. Can anyone post a picture of the routing of the hose of the back of the compressor on a 300 horse car? I'm mainly concerned with the hose that goes to the POA valve. Many years ago this same hose blew and the bad area was cut out and the hose was shortened and rerouted. I can't really make sense of the AIM so a picture would be really helpful. Thanks in advance.
