Does anyone have information at either the time of dealer purchase was this handed to the buyer or did this come in the mail as a later option to purchase? Not sure if it was for every C4 year or just for 1986.
The address to send for the tags is now a different resident. Address Return Key Service GM Photographic 465 West Milwaukee Ave. Detroit, Michigan 48202. The cost was $6.95 per set. I have a photo but I cannot get it into this post I will try.
