1995 C4 Wipers

I just came across a 1995 C4 for sale on ebay. What caught my attention was that the car (suppose to be ALL factory correct) had the same wiper assembly that my 95 has. Does anyone else have these types of wipers on their 95. I know what the NCRS expected wipers should look like, but I'm starting to think that maybe some came with these. SEE PICTURES...
