Disc brakes for a '60

Does anyone know if the front disc brake conversion for a '60 changes the track width?

This one from Master Power Brakes does, about 1in overall increase in width. It is so little, that it really isn't noticeable unless it is pointed out.

Tom,
Are the wheels ARE Salt Flats or Phil Schmidt ?
I had Salt Flats on my red 62 and looked very "period".
Your car looks great.
