1962 Paint Question

My 1962 is painted with the original Acrylic Laquer. My question is this, if unable to find more can this be touched up with other than the acrylic? Also, are there any recommendations for a trustable top flight paint/body work person for my car, (the neighbor's son shot a bb through my left passenger fender). I'm in the southern Nevada area and do not mind trailering if within a 2-300 miles.
