1967 underside question

what shall i do with the enderside of my 67 vert. It is having a frame off and there has to be 1-2 small repairs,should i paint it the color of the body or? I would like to get this judged after it has been completed,i know the underside from the factory was bare if i am correct. this car is a 427 powerglide car.

The underside was bare glass. I'd repair the problems and try to make them as inconspicuous as possible. Don't paint body color as this would be a deduct. If you correctly finish the various brackets etc to original this would probably minimize the repair differences.

Use a dye in the resin to match the original fiberglass color.

You will generally find some paint overspray (primer and/or finish color) along the floor pan adjacent to the frame side rails and on the sides of the stowage tub.
