How to identify expansion tank hose

I have a hose (see attached photo 1029) that is supposed to be the original for connecting the expansion tank to the top of the radiator (part number 3786795). The hose is approximately 14 inches long, it has three ridges that run the length of it (see attached photo 1033) and I can find no identifying marks or stamps. The ridges on the hose are similar to those on the hoses that run to/from the heater leading me to believe that the hose may be original.

Any help in identifying this hose will be greatly appreciated.

      Terry -

Does the Judging Guide provide a description for that hose?

Thanks for the reply. The only manual that I have which describes these kind of things is the fifth edition and it doesn't provide a description (as far as I can determine).

Both of mine are smooth, no ribs.

My hose to the radiator is smooth but the overflow hose has the three ribs as pictured. I believe both are originals. Jerry

There are a pair listed on Ebay that are claimed to be original and they have ribs, I'm going with my hose is original (what more proof does one need beyond claims on Ebay)?
