69 center seat belt bracket finish
What is the finish on the center seat belt bracket that is riveted to the floor under the seats? This is the bracket that the outer seat belt bolts to then it goes through the outer guide bracket .My inner and outer bracket appeared to have remnants of being plated but the center appears to have been painted . Is this correct? Thanks
