    66 vs 67 clock

Are the 66 & 67 clocks the same? If not, what is the difference? It looks like to get to the clock, I have to pull the glove box, correct?

    Thanks
    Ken

Ken..They are the same. Pull the side covers where the vents are and reach up and remove the electrical connector the 2 bulbs and the 2 clips.
Now the clock will pull out from the outside of the console..Bill

Thanks, that sounds even easier than what I thought.

        Ken,

As best as I can remember I believe that my 1966 clock had a stamped date code (black ink) on the back side but it's been well over 16 years since that I reinstalled the clock in my 16 year restoration from 1980 to 1995. It was real easy to install the clock when everything is apart.

Hi Bill I find it easier and safer to remove the glove box, just take care when unplugging the glove box light. I never tryed Bill C way. Phil 8063

I have done it without removing the glove box. getting the clip back on the drivers side can be a real pain in the ass. it helps to have small hands
