C3 Wheels Judging
Will an aftermarket, C3 Steel Rally "Wheel Vintiques" pass judging on the car, not as the spare? Thanks,

I just looked further, they are not hub centric so I would never use them. How about CC? Most of the AZ wheels I see have rust and pock marks embedded around the area where the slotted center meets the outside rim, difficult to get in there and make it right again.
