Is this the right front lifting eye for a 70 350/300.? I was told it was not,The rear is like a big oval mounted on the bellhousing difficult to get a picture of. If there not the right ones can someone send me a picture of them. Need Help Thanks Again Tom

The one in the pictures is correct, even down to the little piece out of the corner, for 1968 to 1970 small block. The front bracket is different for 1971 +. You ought to spend your time consulting with those who know what they are talking about.
It is hard to be sure given your description of the rear one. I assUme you have a manual trans because the M40s have no rear bracket. It was removed to install the auto trans dipstick tube mounting bracket.
Paragon has a repro of the correct rear bracket -- probably other vendors have the same piece. In a previous thread (check the free searches at the bottom of your thread) a picture from their on-line catalog has been posted. My front eye looks like yours. And here's a couple of the rear eye. Multiple judgings found them to be correct.- Top
