1969 Corvette ignition switch wiring
Although I own a 70 Corvette, had the opportunity to work in a 1969 Corvette, owned by other person, which is very similar. Wiring harness was in bad shape regarding the ignition switch area.
I made a diagram showing the wire connections in the switch under the steering column regarding the several key positions. The harness connection is a two piece connector and has some unused positions.
Perhaps other members are in the same problem and thought this diagram will help them. 70 is more or less the same and so on. Starting in 73 there are more differences but will help anyway. Just change colors and positions on the same concept.
