54 parking brake flasher
The light switch mounted on the brake handle-how do I adjust the switch. My switch operates properly off the handle but on is non op?

The stud on the handle snags the switch blade when the handle is pushed all the way in. I put a small spring around mine to keep it tight closed. Bottom out the handle all the way downthen then back it off just a hair, like a 1/16th of an inch or so then position the switch tang just in front of the stud. tighten the switch down. when you push the handle in that small amount it should snag the switch blade and barely pull the blade causing the light to go out if everything else works.
