    C1 Windshield wiper arms

    What material were the windshield wiper arms for a '61 made of? I don't think either that came on my car were original. One buffs to a shine and is probably stainless steel. The other is painted and is mild steel.

      If you are referring to the cover attached to the pivot, Stainless. The Part that slides over the drive pin and the part that attaches to the blade appear to be Chrome plated.

          The casted end onto the wiper transmission is chromed and the rest polished SS for all C1's.
