I am experienceing the dreaded "injector shorting" issue on my 1990 ZR-1. I took the car out and it ran great. Parked it for 30 minutes, started it and I had a heard miss, complete with the flywheel banging. I don't judge C4s, so my question is for the C$ judges out there.
The injectors have to be replaced. The GM Multec injector will just short again, due to the alcohol in the gas (they are a "wet coil design), What would receive the least points deduct; 93 and up GM injectors, aftermarket that have black bodies, aftermarket that have green bodies or would it matter, since they are not GM?
