Re: Original or Reproduction 4spd shifters ?
Jim,
Don't know about Paragon's but Volunteer Vette sells the shifter for $209.00, linkage for $69.00 and the mount plate with screws for $19.00. Volunteer sells the reproduction shifter from the original manufacturer. Don't think you can beat that quality.

Think you find that Volunteer is the source for all shifters from 64 and up. Mr. Porter is blowing smoke (again).

I was in the same boat with my 1965.. someone installed a Hurst shifter way back when. I bought and installed the repro and have been happy with it since.. The car was judged this last October and the shifter did not draw a deduction.
