How soon will this be reality-or is it already? Do we not already have eng. stamp kits, repro price labels, trim tags,etc etc?

That's not the machine to create the P-O-P; it's the kit Chevrolet supplied to the dealers that included the "credit card machine" (if you remember those) that they placed the P-O-P in along with the warranty work order and ran the handle back and forth to carbon-imprint the P-O-P information on the work order, plus the Dymo Tapewriter and rolls of clear tape with the alternating "GM" logo with which the salesman created the new owner's name and address to stick on the lower part of the P-O-P.

Dealers didn't have the big Addressograph machines that created the P-O-P's - each assembly plant had one, many Zone Offices had one, plus several at Chevrolet Central Office.
