61 Firewall Tach Cable Hole

I have a low horse 61 fuelie and there are two holes above the passenger hood latch. I am assuming that the hole closest to the passenger outside is for the windshield washer hoses and the hole closer to the latch is for the tach cable. Is this correct? Thanks!

I may have found my answer on page 217 of the Tech Manual (As it was pointed out to me). Thanks!
