    Paper tag question for C4 gurus

    I have a 95 ZR1 with low miles and found this on the ground towards the front of the car. I would like to reattach it but cannot not determine where it goes. I have looked at lots of pictures of other low mile 95 ZR1s and have not seen this tag on any of them. Thanks in advance and Happy Holidays to all!20230415_125939 (1).jpg
