1965 Rear Suspension Reassembly...Easiest Way?

I've began the reassebly of my '65 rear suspension, the differential is installed and I'm going forward with the trailing arms and rear spring installation. This is with the body on.

What is the best way to reassemble it?

- Trailing arm(s) reinstallation and initial toe-in shim install first?
- Strut rod and halfshaft(s) reinstalled second?
