I've seen 6 that I can recall. How many were produced I do not know, since they have been produced in numerous places, St, Louis, Houston, and other places......

Interesting advertisement in the most recent Driveline, p.35. Somone looking for '67 BB Coupe or Convertible in Black, but apparently doesn't care if the trim tag has been replaced or simply a color change to black.

I'm currentily working on a real Black/Red '63 convertible I've owned for 34 years, so always have had an interest in the black C2's.
Seems black wasn't all that popular of a color in the 60's. Black Book states 815 Black '67's produced - coupe, convertible and all engine types.

One convertible with sidepipes and paperwork is in Austin, TX. Another was at the Nationals last year. Another is for sale in California.

Here's Ken Ford's TB 435 Duntov at the Hershey, PA National 2003.
He bought it in Coraopolis, PA for some ridiculously low price (can't remember what that was now)
Beautiful car, indeed.

You judged exterior on my car at that event - so, you probably also took a look at Ken's when it was on display...

I had a triple black 435 coupe that came from around Flint MI. that I bought 25 years ago that I sold to Terry @ Proteam 12 years ago. Guy that bought it and was restoring it called me about the Corvette.
