Correct location a '61 RH the lower plug wire grommet

There are different configurations of repro crankcase vent tubes that are sold as correct for a '61 (L59-62 in catalogues). One thing that changes is where the bracket is welded onto the tube that holds the lower plug wire grommet. Attached is a pic from one of them installed including the lower bracket attached to the starter. Is this one correct? If not, where should it be? Note that the J-nut is installed and a wing nut in place.
