    2001 Corvette Steering Column Lock

    The car is manual transmission.
    Is there a minimum supply voltage on the battery positive voltage circuit from BCM2 fuse?
    I am guessing that when key is input in ignition the BCM checks voltage and determines if the volume motor should unlock column.
    Would appreciate any info you might have on this issue.
