    1970 rocker panel

    I know 70 has the front tab on the under edge, but I noticed on the body there's 2 holes.
    This pic is from an original front clip hanging in my garage. Pic is from underneath. You can see the rust mark from the hole the clip was attached to. Any reason for 2 holes?
