According to GM the casting number was "3206". I'm not 100% sure that's accurate, though. It seems odd to me for a Delco-Moraine component to have a number like that.

According to the 53 judging manual the PN is 5454480 and the casting number is 5450233

GM #5454480 was the part number for the 1953 master cylinder and, actually, the 5450233 looks a lot more like a casting number that I would expect than "3206".

One more thing, the casting #s on the '53s are debossed on the inboard side, whereas the '54s are embossed on the outboard side.
