Came across this article on a repair to a new 1980 Corvette with an A/C system that kept blowing fuses. The article starts out talking about a heat pump problem that the author solved but starting at the bottom of page 2 under the Principles of induction heading the relevant part about a difficult repair to a 1980 Corvette A/C system that kept blowing fuses is related. Has anyone had this problem on a model built before the "change" was implemented? Was there a recall?
