You can get them from Paul Mazut and he has the paper envelopes also.

You might want to double check your research. AIM section 12, sheet 4 shows license plate screw #120628 was changed on 10-11-56 to #456868 this is a pan head cross recess machine screw 1/4 - 20 x 1/2 hdr pt. cad or zinc. This would seem to indicate '56 Corv. had #120628 slotted truss head screw 1/4 - 20 x 1/2 (GM avoided slotted truss head use) but '57 Corv. used # 456868. Your guess when change was made on line. The flat washer and pal nut listed continued to be used.
